In 10 days, the DMA non-compliance investigation against Google will reach its two-year mark, yet a decision remains elusive. Therefore, along with 17 other associations, EPC has sent an open letter to EC President Ursula von der Leyen and EVPs Teresa Ribera and Henna Virkkunen with a straightforward request: enforce the DMA against Google's self-preferencing in search, now. Two years of discussions have led to no action!

Non-compliance with the DMA should not be a profitable strategy for gatekeepers. Millions of European businesses and users are suffering the consequences as this situation continues.

The time for discussion has ended. We are calling for decisive and swift enforcement.
